Pursuant to Part 4, Section 7 of the Council’s Constitution in relation to public rights of participation in planning applications, the Chairman allowed the following to give a 5 minute presentation:

 

·         Cllr. Cheryl Cashmore – Ward Member, objecting to the application

·         Chris Nicholls – Objector

·         Simon Cretney – Applicant

 

The Chair, Cllr Louise Richardson proposed the recommendation to approve the application, which was seconded by Cllr. Bev Welsh.  Following the vote, the Chairman declared the motion had been lost.

 

As no Members were forthcoming with a new motion, the Chairman declared that the item be deferred until the end of meeting, and the Committee would move on to the next application in the agenda.
