The Forward Plan is a list of the Key and Non-Key Decisions to be taken by the Cabinet Executive and Council during the period covered by the plan. The Council has a statutory duty to prepare a Forward Plan. The Plan is updated monthly, covers a minimum 4-month rolling period, and is available to the public 14 days before the beginning of each month.
